"Campus tour" is gaining big popularity among middle and high school students. It provides teenagers with an opportunity to look around their hopeful universities in advance. At the same time, some colleges are well-known for filming locations and have become must-stops for foreign tourists.

In-Kyung Pond(仁鏡湖)
Located right at the center of the Inha campus, the small pond has legend that says "In," a wise and brave young boy who fought against an Immogi, a monster serpent of Younghyunbeol which was about to ascend to heaven with two youiju, cintamani after completing a thousand years on the earth and “Kyung,” a clever little girl who maneuvered the Immogi into reflecting itself on the lake, beat off the evil spirit after many hardships, and finally went up to sky in the form of dragons with a youiju in their mouths. Briming with big trees, it is one of the most popular on-campus places. In spring, many people enjoy themselves with cherry-blossoms.
Matching Tree
A slingshot-shaped tree, positioned at a lawn in front of the headquarters, is being called a matching tree by Inha students. They say when a couple fits in the tree seat, they would get married. It is only a superstition? Who knows? It is very popular for many couples.
Ulimdol
It is an echo stone placed behind the Biryong tower, a symbol of the university. When a person speaks standing on the stone, the voice would echo around. But, an interesting thing is that the echo wasn't taken into account when designed.
Heidegger woods
The abundant plane-tree woods named after German philosopher, Heidegger, are located along the Woo-Nam road facing the buildings no. 6 and 9. The woods are especially popular in the summer and the fall when many students like to read under the trees.
Woonam aircraft
Being displayed at the side of the headquarters, Woonam opened the history of Korean aviation as the first civilian aircraft. Compared to modern models, it is small. Yet it still takes its pride in dignity. It is the most favorite photo zone for graduating students.
Benchmark
The Benchmark is a standard point for measuring geographical features like heights. The indication stone is set up on the university grounds in a Chumsungdae-shaped cylindrical establishment made of red bricks. It is easy to pass by, but it becomes of great significance when you get to know it

Observatory
It is a eight-story building in which you can view the whole campus at a glance. As the name of "Global island' indicates, you cannot speak Korean inside this facility. You can enjoy free discussion with foreign professors at a cafe on the first floor. There are many international students from China, Japan, Spain, and France as well. Everyone can enjoy the establishment. It is advisable for you to have unique experience.
Walkway
You can reach the walkway through faculty office building and college of business and Northeast Asia. It is an ideal place for students who seek out some tranquility. Thanks to reed field, it could be best in the fall. You can use fitness equipment along the road. Numbers on the ground, which is telling you the walking distance, are designed for fun.
Grass Square
There is a wide grass square behind dormitories. Good weather brings students together for reading or exercises. It is the best place where you can enjoy relaxation on the campus.
One more thing! You can have the ocean view at the rear-side of the square. The waters off Songdo and a cup of coffee makes the location one of the upscale cafes.
