Gyeyangsan Rose Garden (Rose)

At Gyeyangsan Rose Garden, you can see 67 kinds of roses and various kinds of other wildflowers. Visitors can also find a stream flowing around the rose garden, falls, ponds and fountains. It is one of the most popular places to enjoy beautiful roses while walking on the red clay trail.

Mahogany Coffee (Daisy)

Ganghwa Mahogany Coffee is famous for a flower garden where beautiful white daisies blossom in May and June. Visitors love to observe its flora while sipping coffee. People may enjoy coffee and daisies from its open-air patio, as well as a taste of daisy cake with daisy deco, thanks to its attractive interior and exterior.

Hotel Everrich in Ganghwa (Lavender)

Hotel Everrich is situated halfway up the mountain with the village beneath. The hotel’s original plan was to create the biggest lavender garden in Korea. Visitors will find examples of English Lavender that can be also found in Provence, France and Hokkaido, Japan. The hotel also utilizes lavender that helps reduce stress and anxiety in its drinks, desserts and goods.

Gyeyang Flower Field (Yellow Cosmos)

Gyeyang Flower Field, located behind Gyeyang Gymnasium, offers a beautiful view of a range of seasonal flowers: canolas in spring and cosmos in fall. Amongst the various kinds of cosmos, the yellow cosmos is perhaps the most famous. You can enjoy walking along the trail surrounded by the yellow cosmos while listening to the soothing sound of crickets and other insects.
