Traditional Tea Ceremony Experience

The tea ceremony is serving tea with consideration and respect for the other person. There are places in Incheon where you can find peace of mind and enjoy tea through the tea ceremony experience. Additionally, tea tools that have been used from the past are exhibited, allowing visitors to explore history.
Ganghwa Sochang Experience Center
The Ganghwa Sochang Experience Center was reconstructed from the old Pyeonghwajikmul textile site, which was once a Hanok and a dyeing factory built in 1938. In the exhibition hall, you can see the history of the Ganghwa Textile Industry at a glance. You can feel the charm of Sochang through various eco-friendly experiences such as making handkerchiefs, stamping, tea ceremonies, and Sochang weaving.
Chabom Incheon Dasong Tea Cultural Center
The Incheon Dasong Tea Cultural Center showcases tea ceremony, natural dyeing education and learning tea culture through tea catering. Around ten experienced teachers, including CEO Cho Joong Soon, from Gyubang Tea Ceremony Training Center and Hyundai Tea Ceremony Training Centrer offer various experiences and educational programs through local events in partnership with companies and schools. You can enjoy tea and find peace of mind while studying tea etiquette, drinking manners, and tea ceremonies. Not only that, you can experience Korean traditions such as making T-shirts and handkerchiefs using natural dyeing and making traditional yanggaeng (sweet jelly of red beans).
