In Incheon, there are therapeutic restaurants that can revitalize your health with various foods. We introduce you to restaurants where you can eat home-cooked meals with your own ingredients, mudflat eels, a specialty of Ganghwado Island, and foods cooked with sauces that have been passed down secretly for over 100 years.
Yeonmijeong Village
Yeonmijeong Village, located on Ganghwa Island where the Han River and Imjin River meet and flow into the West Sea, is a cooperative, from where you can see a bit of North Korea up close. The village offers a healing experience for the villagers. You can take a walk in the garden, explore nature along the village road, and eat food made with ingredients grown directly in the village. In addition, through various experiences such as the cooking class using local ingredients and harvesting seasonal agricultural products, you can escape from daily life and heal your body and mind.
