Bokhwaru is a Chinese restaurant that opened in 1945. Bokhwaru, located in Bupyeong Market, was a place where many people visited because there were many nearby government offices and factories. It is crowded with regular customers who have not forgotten the old taste for over 70 years. Gan-Jajang, the restaurant's signature dish, is made with thin noodles for a delicate texture, and a sweet yet spicy Jajang sauce is reminiscent of the old taste.
