Located in Seaside Park, a vast area covering 1.77 million square meters, it’s just a 15-minute drive from Yeongjong Station on the AREX (Airport Railroad Express) line.
The highlight of this attraction is the 5.6 km round-trip route where the ocean is visible the entire time. The track runs parallel to the coastline, so just a slight turn of the head reveals the vast sea. If you check the high tide times in advance at the Sea Time website (www.badatime.com) , you can enjoy the sea view throughout your entire ride. There is also fun in spotting major Incheon landmarks like Wolmido Island, Songdo International City, and Incheon Bridge along the way.
And there’s more! During the 40-minute round trip of pedaling, you’ll pass through tunnels, an observatory, and scenic waterfalls.
The ultimate highlight is passing between the two 18-meter-high waterfall structures.
These are modeled after *Dumujin, a striking 40-meter-high coastal cliff sculpted over millions of years by waves.
The artificial waterfall flows until October, offering a refreshing coolness on warm days.

Among them, one place stands out on social media for its eye-catching presentation: a mountain of shellfish piled on a three-tier tray. That’s Cheongchun Jogae Eurwangni Main Branch, just a 3-minute walk from Wangsan Beach.
The key to great grilled shellfish is freshness. This restaurant brings in fresh shellfish every morning and stores them in spacious tanks to maintain their quality. The restaurant boasts spectacular views with the ocean right at its doorstep. Snag a window seat and you’re treated to a perfect ocean panorama. The time spent tasting shellfish infused with the scent of the sea and enjoying the view of the West Sea is even better when shared with a friend.
The most popular dish at Cheongchun Jogae Eurwangni Main Branch is the 3-Tier Scallop Tower. Similar in style to an afternoon tea set, the three-tier tray contains almost every type of shellfish found in the West Sea. The first tier features scallops topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, the second features bay scallops and shrimp gratin, and the third features pen shell pasta with shrimp and abalone stacked like a mountain. M Cliff is known on social media with the hashtag “CaféOnACliff,” living up to its name. This three-story café perches on a steep hillside offering panoramic views of the open sea. The same ocean evokes different emotions depending on your vantage point. Viewed from this elevation, the sea appears more immense and expansive than when encountered at ground level.
Another keyword that defines M Cliff is “sunset spot.” With an unobstructed view of the horizon, it’s one of the best places to watch the sun sink below the ocean. The prime viewing spot is the outdoor terrace on the third floor, accessible via a small bridge. spot4 Fantastic Combo of Rock Formations, Coastal Trails, and Sunset, Seonnyeobawi Beach
There are three keywords to remember about the final destination: Seonnyeobawi Rock, Coastal Trail and Sunset. Among the many rocks that line the coast, Seonnyeobawi Rock is the largest and most striking. According to legend, a fairy (seonnyeo in Korean) who rode down on a rainbow once played here, giving the rock its name. The dramatic landscape was even featured in the K-drama Crash Landing on You in the scene where North Korean officer Ri Jeong-hyeok (played by Hyun Bin) sees the South Korean sea for the first time after defecting from his country.
To fully embrace the arrival of spring on Yeongjongdo Island’s coast, take a stroll along the Culture Trail that opened in 2020. This 2 km-long coastal trail connects Seonnyeobawi and Eurwang-ri Beaches, offering a perfect setting for an easy 30-minute walk where you can breathe in the sea breeze and listen to waves crashing against rocks. Along the way, you’ll find an observatory, several photo spots and even a suspension bridge — perfect for a little extra fun on your journey. The gentle incline makes it easy to enjoy a leisurely chat with your friend.
While the rock formations and trails are impressive, nothing compares to the breathtaking crimson sunset. Many visitors come here to see the sun setting behind the Seonnyeobawi Rock, said to resemble a praying woman.
