SPOT2 Dong-gu | Hwadojin Park

Where cherry blossom petals fall upon tiled roofs

Hwadojin Park is not only a historic site
where the Korea–U.S. Treaty of Amity and Commerce was signed,
but also a cultural landmark designated as Incheon Cultural Heritage No. 2.

True to its historical significance,
traditional hanok buildings and cherry blossom petals
gently settling on tiled roofs create a scene
reminiscent of a classic East Asian painting.

Visit at the right time,
and you can also enjoy tulips in full bloom throughout the park,
adding even more color to the spring landscape.

SPOT4 Seo-gu | Wildflower Complex Dream Park

A vast flower garden that changes colors with the seasons

Once a landfill in the Seoul metropolitan area,
Wildflower Complex Dream Park has been transformed
into an ecological park where a wide variety of flowers bloom each season.

In particular, the cherry blossom road stretching
from the main gate to the east gate holds special meaning,
as it was created with trees planted by locals.

During peak cherry blossom season,
the park comes alive with festivals featuring programs such as
cherry blossom photo booths and wish trees,
offering visitors a vibrant and immersive spring experience.

Gyeyang Flower Garden is a large-scale flower destination within the city,
where canola flowers bloom in spring
and cosmos flowers in autumn.

In May, as cherry blossoms fall and spring reaches its peak,
vast fields are filled with bright yellow canola flowers,
bringing the season to a vibrant close.

Along the canola flower paths,
a pet playground is also available,
making it an ideal spot for a spring walk with your dog.
