When you look at the Ganghwado Peace Observatory, you can see the panorama of Haechang - ri and Samdal - ri in Gaepung - gun ,North Korea. On clear days, you can view North Korean people as well as Mt. Songak from the other side. When you write down your wishes at the Unification Wish Center and go down to the outside, you will find the stone monument of Missing Mt. Geumgang and Mangbaedan Altar. It is a popular tourist destination of peace in Ganghwado Island.
