It is located on Mongdol Beach of Seungbongdo Island, and it shows its appearance only at low tide. It looks like a giant gate like Namdaemun. People call it a kokkiri rock because it looks like a kokkiri (an elephant) from a different angle. The sea between the rocks shines more greenly against the rocks.
