Sagot Naengmyeon of Baengnyeongdo Island is delicious. This Hwanghaedo - style Mulnaengmyeon (cold noodle) is made of lots of buckwheat. Beef bone broth seasoned with Baengnyeongdo sand lance sauce makes the soup rich and sweet.
